Award of Arts, Culture, and Heritage Guillermo Jorquera Morales – 2021 version
This award was given to Paulino Astudillo and aims to recognize the work of artists, facilitators, and enthusiasts who have excelled in the preservation and strengthening of the regional identity of Northern Chile.
